" Please never book this hotel. Its service was very bad until I and my friend decided to move to swiss bell in the middle of the night.
First, on the second day, the staf do not clean the room eventhough we made sure to the receptionist via phone call in the early morning to clean the room. Because they deliver the breakfast to all guest and the air conditioner was not working properly, the odour of the leftover was so bad so that the staf asked us to move to another room. Surprisingly, none of the staf helped us moving our stuffs.
The third day, the toilet bowl was leaking and we informed the receptionist to fix it since the noon but when we arrived at our room at night to take a rest, the condition of the bowl was getting worst, it stopped flushing. When we complained to its manager, the manager defended himself and did not want to take responsibility and asked us to move to another room, crazy....he thought that it was a win win solution, come on..in just two nights, we have to move twice???? and he even rasionalize the bad service by saying, "we could not send someone to repair it because it is already late night"
Actually the reality was worse that the above detail, but i am so tired now. Please never book this hotel. Not even the traveloka suggest you this hotel. "

" The hotel was located in the center of Mataram city, though quite far from landmarks such as Senggigi/Kuta beach. Several decent diners are available nearby. The hotel itself still looks new in 2017, room was really clean and doesn't use carpets (which is a plus for my asthma and allergies), amenities were well supplied, shower room was spacious, lighting was good enough, free wifi access, pool and gym (gym was not so well equiped) available from 7.00 am to 20.00 pm, breakfast was decent. But overall, great for 4 starred hotel. "
