" This hotel was just awful. They actually have the greatest view in Ternate, but the service and all was just terrible. They let the guess check in and waiting for hours, my curtain few was actually ripped off (and the housekeeping just came after my 3rd nights-and i will check out the next day so it won't be necessary), the electricity got off few times (my 2nd night they even being off three times), they didn't give me the doormat (it finally came after 2 nights), and so. "

18 April 2018When they were fully booked, the service was bad. The housekeeping was not in reach and the restaurant was slow in refiling the foods.
The restroom was the dirtiest I had ever experienced and it was a shame for 4-star hotel.
The access to the lobby are not pedestrian friendly.
Stayed here for 2 nights, 13-15 April 2018. "

" Beautiful big hotel with nice architecture in amazing location..in one side you have the view of Tidore island and its beautiful mountain and the majestic mount Galatama on the other side ...unfortunately lack of maintenance such as no hot water...aging room interior ...lift under maintenance ...after this post hot water was somehow soon available ...childrens will like the big pool ...breakfast generous but taste "standard" ...enjoy the view and the pool "

" One of the best hotel in Ternate. It has a quite large swimming pool. The room is spacious with large balcony with beatiful view as well. The breakfast was good with pretty much menu choices. I had a very great experince staying at this hotel. Especially, because I got a promo from Agoda. Thanks grand dafam and Agoda! "

" Love the views. The room was big and nice. Got a balcony. The lights are too dim that I have to open the curtain all the time. I love the lounge the most since that is the most comfortable area in the hotel. You could even see Mount. Gamalam from there. "

" I did not like that they don't have pillow option, its a one pillow type and you have to deal with it. It was hard to contact to the Hotel online, until I was able to reach the hotel manager, which was helpful in recommending a company that provide drivers in the city. The Hotel needs to have at least one employee who can communicate in English, who is available all time. The View is nice from the lobby. The breakfast is ok. There room for improved cleanliness. Having almost no other choice in the city, this is could put a cap on this Hotel improving more in the near future. "

" The interior is good.. But the service is not good. We waiting too long just for the towel. It took 20minutes..when my friends in their room dont get any towel after waiting for 2hours. In the end they buy towel at supermarket. And for 4stars hotel i dont think their room is good. They dont have hairdryer or refrigator when the 3stars hotel have it. Still for the price and the service i dont think its good. Bettel stay at the other hotel "
