" The worst Thai Odyssey ever! First, when we (it was three of us) made reservation at this place at 5.07pm on Monday 17 July for 6.30pm treatment, we asked for luggage storage so we can put our stuffs while waiting for 1 hour, but the front officer said it's not possible to do so. The funny thing, my friend came to this place before and it was possible. So, it was unpleasant surprise. Second, when we started the treatment for Thai Aromatherapy massage, the therapist took me to a room for regular Thai massage where the bed is directly on the floor. I immediately noticed this and told her the room wasn't right because I booked Thai Aromatherapy. The therapist couldn't speak English so she was confused and kept going to wrong room, hence I needed to go to front officer to ask about the right room. My mood was already ruined by then because of this. Then when I finally went into my room, I was waiting for quite a while until I needed (again for second time) to find someone to call the front officer (as I was already wearing my robe). The front officer then told me that there was a waiting time between this so the customer can feel relaxed etc. Net, the whole misshap process took > 20mins hence I only started my massage at 6.54pm. Third, and this is the worst one, the massage ended 7.43pm! When I checked this to front officer and the receptionist helped me to talk with the therapist (because she barely speak English), her reason was because I asked to finish earlier which I never did. Then the front officer told me gives the most non-professional excuse ever, which was "She only worked here for 2 days." This is completely unacceptable. As a famous and professional chain, Thai Odyssey should have a standardized training for their therapist to ensure none of these would happen even during therapist first day of work. When I asked for compensation, the front officer asked me to file a complaint in their feedback form so they can follow up accordingly. In summary, that was definitely the worst experience ever and do think twice before you want to get massage here - unless you are ready to get new therapist that will discount the massage time due to lack of proper training for the newbie. " A comfortable experience was created due to the great massaging skills and excellent service although I only asked for a 30-min of foot massage. 👍 "
