" It is a decent place for young kids. You can do activities there such as cookie decorating, making a beaded coaster, badge making and costume dress up. Do check out the Puteri Harbour page for promotions as we got a 50% off using their promo code when you buy online. This is a place where you can spend about 2-3 hours. "

" If you are hello kitty lover, than u must visit this place because everything here is hello kitty and friends; Bob the builder, and so on. This place is actually suitable for kids because they can play a lots of indoor cute game. As a parent, u no need to worry because all the game is safe. Also, got performance from hello kitty, this is so adorable 😍 i miss this moment. The entrance fee for local tourist is around rm1++ "

" It's quite like a big indoor play area. Abit pricey for just the Hello Kitty park but if buy both the park then it's better.
21 April 2018Rides are all in the Thomas Train Park. "

12 April 2018Don't forget to watch Hello Kitty and friends perform on the "Purrfect" stage, and best of all, dress up like your favourite Sanrio characters at Wishful Studio and more! "

" Fantastic place for young families to spend a day having fun. There is so many activities for kids to do that naming them all would take to long. There are 3 levels, each with a theme from Hello Kitty, Bob the Builder and Thomas the train. Every level is well presented and the staff there are so friendly and helpful. The prices if converted from a strong currency is very worthwhile. Definitely a place to visit if your planning a holiday. Very Well done! "

" Fans of Hello Kitty will enjoy this place with its amazing interiors and activities. Pink is the general theme of this place. Meet your favorite Hello Kitty characters. Do visit the Little Big Club just above this. "

" Compare with Japan Sanrio land, this kitty land is very small. However you can still enjoy these activities with air conditioning in so hot day. Strong recommend to buy the ticket with Thomas land, if you need to stay here all day.
22 February 2018By the way, you can eat your lunch & dinner in B1 floor. There are several delicious restaurants around here. "

" A must-go place for Hello Kitty fans both kids and adult. The highlights are the house of Hello Kitty and the Kitty in Oz where anyone can play arcade- like games while being lost in the Oz. They have a souvenir shop at the ground floor selling a wide variety of Hello Kitty and her friends' merchandise. This place is wheelchair friendly. Ramps and lifts are available anywhere. The toilet is wheelchair accessible and literally cute. "

" Better to get the 2 park pass and it will keep you occupied for the entire day. The Barney show is definitely the highlight of the day, you can see all the children faces instantly light up upon seeing the Barney! The performances were great all the staffs were engaging. For girls do not miss out the dance class with Angelina ballerina and for boys there is a huge indoor playground and helicopter ride at Thomas and train town located at highest level. Overall great experience my 2 year old girl keep wanting to go back! "

" Too little items for the kids to play , in compare with the price. This is an indoor play ground for kids. Nothing special. Entry fee is totally meaningless. The cafe is almost empty. As usual Malaysian are Malaysian- treating people based on their race 😁 (talking about the staffs) "

" Fun place for kids ages 4 to 8. There are rides and shows that kept the kids busy for the whole day. Get the 2 park pass for better value and more games for the kids. Had a good time with the family. "

" It's definitely a place for Hello Kitty fans. I am not a fan but I enjoyed the place too. The staffs are very friendly and helpful makes the visit very pleasant. Overall experience is good. Kids will love the place. My only complaint is the place is too small and not much choice for food. "
30 March 2017Steven Chow
" We like it here because this is indoor, away from the hot scorching sun.
21 March 2017There are 3 level for kids to enjoy. Adults might find the place too small but it should be good enough for the kids. "

" I will gave 5 star to this place. If u have children under 5 years old, this is so much fun for them and yourself. My daughters manage to play here from morning until closing time in the afternoon. So much activity to be done here. The staff will keep your child entertained.
23 February 2017Ticket price is a little bit on the expensive side. Maybe not so expensive for foreigner but for local, too much. But i did not regret bringing my child here. "

" If you have children under the age of 7, you will need more than 3hours to explore and they might want to go for the rides many times over. Some rides are for children above 1.1m.
16 February 2017Children will enjoy the shows.I am not a hello kitty fan at all but I enjoyed being in the park decorating cookies, making keychain, hello kitty air dry clay dolls, badges. I would definitely come again.
The staff are friendly, helpful and polite. "

" Drive all the way from KL to Hello Kitty Town nothing by dissapointment. My daughter age 7 was hopping that all the hello kitty chracter was arround. Way too small then what we expected for the price. Best part is the sand sticker art need to charge RM8! How much is just a piece of sticker? Can't you just give it to a children for free as we already paid high price for the bloody tickets with such a Small place. We found out Visit Kidzania or Legoland much more worth then here. Will Never come back! "

" A great experience with my kids. Thanks for making a lot of hello kitty fanatics happy like daughter and my son. Yes even my son loves hello kitty!! :-) :-) :-) :-) more power!!! "
18 August 2016Derrick Tan
" Fully indoor theme park geared at fans of hello kitty. It was abit smaller than expected, and didn't feel like it was particularly good value for money. It was good for about half a day for the kids before they got bored of it.
10 June 2016Best part of it was probably because it was indoors so isn't susceptible to bad weather. Food outlets are available but isn't that fantastic. There were timed shows but the kids didn't enjoy it as much as I hoped. I wouldn't recommend if it is extremely out of the way to get to, but if in the area, and traveling with kids that are fans of hello kitty probably can consider spending an afternoon there. "

" Good for young kids, lots of activities. Project to spend about 3-4 hours here (including Thomas Town) if they wanna complete all the station and activities.
01 June 2016A little bored for adults though and maybe can tune down the air conditioning, it's like freezing temperature. So maybe can try bringing a jacket on your next visit. "
Michael Lam
" Best for kids under 5. Got Hello Kitty, Thomas, Pingu, Bob and others in a single place. Tickets are a bit pricy but worth it.
07 April 2016Make sure you check the show schedules and plan ahead so as not to miss any shows. "
