05 May 2015Very bad experience indeed in trying to even get through on the phone t the relevant personnel to handle my enquiry. Made about total 10 calls. 3rd call got through, a man answered and he immediately put the phone down. Tried another 6 times before i got the receptionist and she rattled off her usual telephone greetings in rapid fire Bahasa Indonesia, which I could not understand
and she has the cheek to tell me that the conversation has timed out and she slammed the phone on me.
This happened at 15:45 hours on the 5th of May 2015.
