" Service standard seems to have deteriorate each time i went for treatment or hair color. Unlike the early days when they wanted to get u to sign up their package most often than not these day wgat i get was sloppy job for done on my hair! Staff was not attentive at all, nonchalant to say the least. Product wise on the hair color I was treated with one that seem to have very high ammonia content which i suspect was of low quality. Gave my feedback but don't think it matter to them. Don't think I will look to continue signing up any package with OHS. "
