I dont know yet what is tarempa, but so far I've tasted thr food is delicious. The best is Luti Tarempa, try it and you'll addicted to it. Change my mind.
This place placing order whoever comes first, so dont worry the thing you have ordered would come late because they goin to make it fast enough.
Usually crowded, but they provide many tables. Good for group too, oftenly I bring my partner here and we were enjoying this place.
Nice and cozy, but dont look for live music since they didnt provide one.
Although the food and place was nice, the toilets are worse. They just provide one (cmiiw) which in my mind it is not clean enough, changing how I look at this place. So far so good.

" The easiest way to taste Anambas' archipelago's specialty dish. Available in egg noodles, char koay teow, and vermicelli noodles, and options to be cooked dry, with a small amount of broth, or fully soaked in broth, with toppings ranged from fish slices, seafood, or beef. Do not forget to try their local luti gendang, bread dough with shredded and spiced fishmeat or chicken, deep friend until it turns golden and crisp (that may remind you to Balikpapan's specialty of mantau bread). The beverage in this eatery is standard, but they made their tea from brand local to Tanjung Pinang (the capital of Riau Islands province in the nearby Bintan Island), "Prendjak", which has quite unique taste compared to the usual jasmine tea common to Java island. The price is quite affordable and the portion is of money value. The eatery. provides adequate parking space for motorbike and automobiles, as it is located in a shopping centre by the side of a busy road (I visited their shop near Batam Centre). "

" I LOVEEEEE THIS PLACE !! the place itself is just like your ordinary hangout place, cozy and normal. while the food, mie tarempa ! delicious!! i'd recommend "Basah" variant, as it is tarempa noodle with broth. thick broth. the broth taste a bit spicy, sweet, but comforting. you could "slurp" it but it wont make you choke !
and also try their traditional bread. "Luti gendang" ! add the green cabbage on it and you'll taste great mix of sour salty and sweet seasoning from fish floss. (abon ikan !!) totally great! "

For Juice, its too liquid, as liquid as milk.
For the Luti Gendang, its a fried bread with fish inside it. You also can buy the non fried version and fried it at home The waitress said it can stored up to 1 week if you stored it at freezer and 2 days if you stored it outside.
You also must try the fish soup, the onion oil in the soup makes it taste delicious. "
