" Sent my jacket for dry cleaning, had a poor experience with the payment system (it was faulty) and was unable to collect my laundry.
18 December 2017Had a poor impression of Laundrymart initially but staff at Laundrymart were very active in service recovery, reaching out to me to update me on the status of the repairs and promptly informing me of the availability of the payment system.
I’m very impressed with their service and appreciate the initiative. Special mention to their staff Ms. Catherine, who was very forthcoming and was genuinely concern about the predicament I went through. Keep up the great service and I look forward to my next dry cleaning session with you in the near future.

" Laundrymart at ue square was excellent. They collected my curtains washed and dry cleaned them and returned them promptly. They also suggested that I take them down and remove the clips to save money. They were excellent so glad I found them. They couldn't have been better. "
