" Staff helpful and friendly, steam room was well kept with towels available for use. Breakfast was decent for 5-star hotel. However, the extra pillow in my room had stains, which was kinda gross. But overall quite a well stay, will recommend to stay for short trips. "

" From the front door until to the room everything is good! Bed is comfy. Awesome place to be. Very near from causeway. Cheap grab rides to the hotel. Good for ya weekend getaway. Their breakfast buffet spread is great. I love to have soya bean as one the choice of beverages. You can chill and listen to live band at the hotel top level and have a drink. Overall is good! I will go back again. "

" It is a bespokes place with spacious rooms. However, its not neccessarily value for money. Location wise, it is in a good and accessible area that is convenient and not too far from the customs. Service is great. No complaints there. "

" Very good service, super clean and modern rooms, what else is there to ask for? Concierge are always friendly and accommodating, and will try to fulfil guests' requirements. Rooms are large and comfortable, with all amenities provided. Location is convenient in the centre of town area, with easy access to nearby major shopping malls. Food around the area is good as well. Highly recommended! "

1) Still uses a tub with curtain for shower, low pressure shower not enjoy at all and the bathroom get floated easily and it is not senior friendly. A bit disappointed as a new 4 star hotel and was overrated.
2) No hair conditional and body lotion provided, complimentaries given were low quality.
3) very noisy even after 1am.
4) bed wasn't comfy. "

" Really love this hotel. The room is clean and nicely decorated. The infinity pool on top is really beautiful. There is also a hot water pool in the toilet (similar to onsen in Japan) which is nice for a dip. Close proximity to KSL and other eateries is a plus. Hotel staff also friendly and helpful. "

" Saw this hotel when we stayed at KSL hotel. This hotel is very new, opened in March 2016, so everything is very new and clean. There's a Doi Chaang cafe, a branded watch shop, an Indian restaurant, a big Korean cafe restaurant kfry, and a Korean hair salon on the ground level. There's a convenience shop and money changer below. Room is clean and service is good. A good value for money place. "

" Very comfortable stay over the weekend. Prompt check in (even though we arrived early before official check in time of 2pm), room was clean and well air conditioned. 04 June 2016As the hotel is rather new, so it did give us a nice and clean feeling. The room space was great and the view from our room was awesome. We certainly had a good rest in the hotel.
The swimming pool on level 25 was rather cool but the water was quite cold and the sun was scorching. We didn't stay long in the pool.
The breakfast spread was great. Staff was polite and nice too.
Will definitely revisit them soon. "
