Service very bad.. this is my 3rd baby , my first 2 baby was delivery in penang maternity hospital too , the labor room was very clean and comfortable.but koh & loh the labour room was like old garbage room Bau hapak wt 8k ♀️ "

" Very good doc. I was vomiting for pregnancy 3 mths. Went to several clinics but doc gb me same medicine. Anti vomit. But then end up to khor clinic and the doc gv me calcium cause of my age having a baby. And the results was great. Been here since 1st baby. 201. Normal. And 2nd. 2019. Czer.

" Not recommended. My first visit there, I was having a high fever (due to Influenza A) and I wasn't aware abt it, the doctor (Dr. O__) asked for the reason of my visit, I told him I'm having fever, his answer to me was 'this is gynae, not family doctor'. Omg, of coz I know he's a gynae. I told him I'M PREGNANT AND I'M HAVING A HIGH FEVER NOW, SO I'M COMING TO CHECK, that time he was still so-called flirting (laughing & joking around) with the nurses while I was ready for scanning. Not professional at all. And FYI, he didn't check on the influenza A and just told me that I was having normal fever. From then onwards I never return for the next visit. "

" Very bad counter service, I did a phone call to confirm is that possible to go there becuz I understand that the time was alr half an hour before closing. I go thr cuz the staff didn’t told me that they don’t take customers anymore. But when I was thr, they told me doctor is going out now and you can come back by tmr. Oh wow, so whats the point I did a phone call in advance. REALLY WASTE MY TIME "

" Very bad services. When i call said no need to book an appointment. When i come staff are so rude saying its full. Yes when i come in there are quite numbers of people but its doesnt make sense when i said i would come at 7.30pm and the staft said rudely its still full. Woww im coming at 1.45pm. And this clinic are closed at 9pm. The staff and nurses are very rude!!!!!!!! "

- When I make a feedback to the doctor about the issue that I facing with my wife , the answer i received from doctor is " im a workers ".And I'm not the person incharge for the receptionist. THANK YOU DOCTOR FOR THE YOUR GREAT ANSWER.
I hope the higher management will look on the feedback. "
