" I’ve come to this outlet several times now and each and every time the cashier queus are just simply atrocious! For the amount of traffic they seem to get on a regular basis, they need to seriously get an upgrade on hiring more staff for the cashiers (especially during busy times), train their staff better (I have noticed multiple times, staff looking for advice from other staff or needing to “check on something”. There are one or two regular staff members who should just be the benchmark for other staff members. I wish I got their names - the good ones that is.), and lastly, please add more cashier counters or install self check out kiosks.

" Worse grocery experience! There are always Long queues no matter what time of the day . Waiting time 15-20 minute . Over 30 people waiting inline while only 2 cashiers are open out of a total 4. No one really cares for the customers waiting! I dislike doing my groceries in this place and is unfortunate that Bukit Timah plaza is difficult to reach without taxi . "

" Used to be Shop and Save, but later converted to a Giant. Honestly, I wouldn't come here for groceries unless it's canned stuff or packaged goods. Even then. The selection is minimal and prices not the most competitive. Fresh produce can be a little questionable sometimes. "

" You can probably find your essentials here, but don't expect anything too fanciful. If you are, go to the nearby NTUC finest please. Over here, you get an average range at a very good price. It's also great for doing some last minute shopping, where they hold bargains and sales on specific items. "
