" I did not find many places in Singapore where it was possible to get children's products which you can find here. Ergokid seems to be focused on products related to education of kids, such as school bags, children's ergonomomic desks and so on. The products are of very high quality and not a budget solution however, its worth to invest that money in the education of children. Most of the products are made in Germany and imported by ergokid. "

" Ergokid prides itself to provide excellent range of children's school products from ergonomic schoolbags to desks and seats. I believe they have great knowledge to what's available in the market, what works and doesn't given their experience in this niche industry. They also seemed to be the sole distributor for some great brands of ergonomic products.
02 December 2017The store itself is nicely designed to facilitate testing of products and easy viewings of bags.
My experience in the store could have been better though. Staff seemed reluctant to assist and the impression I'm getting was a "take it or leave it" feeling. I'll like to believe that I was being overly sensitive but I think service is generally how consumers perceive.
Overall I think the shop is great with really good range of quality products but service can definitely be improved. "
