" Average shopping complex but awesome gadget spot. Impressive array of tech shop selling all kinds of gadget. Think of it as Johorean Lowyat & you'll get the idea. Facilities are quite hard to locate (especially the surau) but decent enough. The top most level has bowling arena which is decent. "

" Since the UO Supermarket werr closed, this place became more gloomy. The only thing to do here is all about the tech section. You can find everything needed for your tech satisfaction. Phones, laptop, cameras, bluetooth thingy, everything is here. Gloomy is the only thing that's kinda let down. "

" Very run down. Escalators usually not fully functional. Only the IT shops and SSF in there worth going to. Most shop lots unoccupied. Usually ample parking unless there's an event at the attached convention hall. "

27 August 2017I would avoid the smaller, dodgy looks, kind of shops. Because often time they don't know much about the products they are selling. Where as an informative buyers like me who did research before buying, I just want some clarification and suggestion rather than reading what is written on the box.
Mall's enmities wise, it is pretty bad. The toilets are old, smelly, and some are super dirty. The elevators sometime doesn't work, and even when it does, often time it's like it might fall or stops half way through. "

" Nice place if you're going to purchase laptops and other IT accessories. Got plenty of option from different brands and they also have a lot of promotions. Sadly, the mall will only be in business from 9AM to 9PM so you better be hurry if you want to take a good look of all the shops. There are also shops that sell second hand laptop, pc and other parts. In a nutshell its a one stop centre for tech geeks. "

" It is a bit rundown. Computer shops are plenty but the other shops are not doing well. Some lifts dont work. Some escalators also dont work or put off. Toilets are located at one end of the building. They are not well maintain. Most are squating type. Hardly any sitting type. OU superstore is closed. The shortcut thro' this shop from the open air carpark outside is no more. You have a long walk to the main entrance or climb a steep staircase to the first floor. Poor first impression. "
