" There has been slight improvements since my last visit to this place. One attraction is the food court where you can get reasonably satisfactory food at good prices too. There is definitely some good eateries here and they should be sufficient to allow you to choose what you want to eat. Apart from the eateries, you can do some window shopping around this mall. Now with the governmental office occupying the top levels of the mall, the place is much livelier and you see more human traffic. This definitely had improved business for the tenants. "

And decided to use escalators. I want to be at level 5 and take me going round to get onto next the level. Have ever thoughts for the elderly? Is this a user friendly lifestyle that we live? Situation is that this is not a popular shopping mall...small in size. If without the occupancy of the government office. Do you think there will be crowd?

Based on the shopping mall scale. Escalators should OPERATES pratical and at conveniences. It's either you turn left/right as we go up/down. Especially, the government sectors are at top level. And I strongly believed that most people mainly come here is to do government errand. Not shopping intention. "

" Great place to renew passports, IC, driving licence, check on Indah Water account and LHDN. Passport counters close at 10pm. Not sure about others. Maybe also at 10pm. Most agencies are quite fast except passport renewal. Very crowded. Depends on which days plus your luck. Estimated given by officers are quite accurate.
UTC is located in Kotaraya shopping complex. So have places to go and eat. Shops all around. Time quickly pass by when you walk and windowshop. Highly recommended to do your business.
Only thing is the escalators are set in such a way that each floor have alternate up and down direction. Which means you must walk round and round each floor if you use them. Adviseable to use the elevators to save time. "
