" The tunnel/walkway leading to the MRT control station is very stuffy and has poor air circulation. The control station is slightly cooler due to the wall fans, but still considered quite hot and stuffy on most days. The train platform is has much better air circulation due to the open-air design and the large ceiling fans.

The station has several elevators, each connecting to a different part of the area (train platform, control station, Bedok Mall exterior and the bus stop/station entrance opposite Bedok Mall.

Do take note that if you choose to use the restrooms in the control station, be prepared to brave through the stench. "

" This park is covered by tracks around the reservoir. The best and most distinct is the track following the edge of the water. The distance is exactly 4.3km making it 1/10 of the marathon. Perfect for marathon training. Most of the track is gravel. Easy on the knees. There are toilets and drink vending machines along the way should the need arises. There are other features in the park but my chief interest is it's usefulness for running. There's only one downside as a running track. It's very flat. But there are alternative tracks that are steep, which I use for uphill conditioning. "
