" I like the room interior, and the bathroom is bigger than the average 3-star hotel.

Very near a wet market where you can find spices and dry goods stuff there.
Only set back that I have is the request for high floor when I booked this hotel. End up I was given second floor.
Need me to pay $20 per day more for the high floor in the next building. "

" I was at Batam City Hotel as a customer for their New Spa. Since the start of 2017, I had been a regular customer for this spa. For less than S$30, I get to enjoy the spa facilities, inclusive of the hot/cold pool, O2 Room, Steam Room and Sauna. In addition, I also get to enjoy a 90 minutes massage. For men, there's some ++ included in the massage without extra charges. With all these included in the price, it's no wonder that this place had grown in it's popularity. There had been some price revision plus an introduction of a membership scheme, but for the benefits provided, this is still great value for money. "

05 July 20171. The water really killing me. Never stand warm. Always so Hoooot and cold. 3 second hot. 3 second cold. Sick
2. I have to always reminds them to give me 2 big water bottles.
3.the Wi-Fi is really bad. Data plan is far better
4. Cleaner : once I'm in the room. He will vacuum everything. But once iam not in. He didn't vacuum some of part. Because my chair is still in the position when I left it. And still has dirt on the floor .
5. My dirty cup. Not even move from the table.
6. Also never wipe the table when iam not around. No responsibility
7. The receptionist : no professional at all.. Example : can you please ask the house keeping to give me 10 peacess of laundry back. But the house keeping just give 3
.can you ask the house keeping itu send us 2 big water bottles please. The house keeping give me 2 small water bottles
8. Everytimes. I have to come down again. To refresh my card. If I go out for 10 times. So I also have to refresh the card for 10 Times. They have a engineers what. Why don't just call them.
9. Now also. This morning I call receptionist. To ask Housr keeping to make up my room. Untill now. No one show up. "

" Extremely convenient location - just beside BCS (the mall with everything). Also near 5-7 massage parlours with excellent pricing. Pricing is very affordable and interior is clean and presentable with one of the best breakfasts in Batam. Will be back! "
