28 November 2017Mr Devan called us 20mins after our email enquiry on Window film. Claimed to be a sales rep but identify as the boss minutes later. Anyway, he is far from professional and this is why;
- He dont offer site meeting so discussion are to be carried out over the phone.
- He also mentioned his “High tech Wfilm” are OEM from Korea and rebrands it after repackaging.
- He judge customers.
- He sells price, not features.
- Spoke to us like his competitor (who wish to dig info) and labelled us as just another customer whos calling just to compare pricing.
