" Most unhelpful. The counter was closed when we reached at around 2 am. At 3, someone opened the counter but they told us they can't give us the boarding pass because printing machine wasn't working. We had to plead at the security to let us in and get the pass printed at a hotel for $16. Then they lost our luggage in the transit . Try not to travel by this airlines and particularly at this airport. "

" The airline might be decent but the terminal they fly from makes it not worth it. Huge crowds and ridiculous wait times at immigration just to exit. "

" After passing through security to the gates (1 to 22), there is only one food option (Gloria Jeans). Toilets are terrible, floors are always are wet so you have to dry yourself with tissues or your pants get wet doing a #2. "
