" i was ordering Classic Burger and Mie Goreng Sambel Matah, it took 30-45 minutes those dish ready in my table.
My classing burger was awful, bun was cold, the meat so much mix with flour and taste also awful. After we got our bill, it stated "Happy Chicken French Fries" not "classic burger" the server said because "the price are the same and to make it quit" then it changed.
My mie goreng sambal matah was full with shalot and less chili, i ordered to double the noodle (not the portion) instead when we got our bill, it stated that 2 portions.
Hopefully this restaurant do evaluation a lot more to improve its quality service and gain more customer, but if it doesn't change, i do believe that the customer wont back to come to this restaurant again.

Cmon... u’re in food business.. they even wear uniform written “hungry saviour”..!! Should change into “hungry maker” ☹️
Food is okay.. but the long waiting juz made me lose my appetite to eat.
And pleaseee... pleaseeee.... pay attention to where ur customer is. If u provide a long and separated service area for people to eat, juz make sure u put ur teams there so we dont have to “scream out” juz to get their attention 😪 "

" Something was wrong. The noodles were stiff, like they were already cooled down hours ago. The burger was fine but the french fries that came with it were terrible. Tasted like leftover fries that got heated by microwave in a hurry. Still wanting good fries, again l ordered volcano french fries, but received the same result. I don't appreciate soggy food so I'm sorry, I'm not coming back. "
