" Love the Cantonese meal here. The staff was very attentive to my parents needs. The food reminds me of those days when my grandparents brings us out for dinner. The food is above average the ingredients were fresh. The set meal is a bit costly but I think it’s worth it since my dad also feels it’s nice. Decor is very traditional. "

" Had my CNY dinner here. Service was excellent and food was awesome. We were able to enjoy our food leisurely, not rushed by some Chinese restaurants that sets time limits. Overall, very good experience. Will come back again. "

18 February 2018This is my 5th time at this restaurant and it has always exceeded my expectations.
The food is always of great quality. The Yu Sheng served here is undoubtedly one of the best in Singapore.
The Service is also very good. The servers are prompt and quick to respond.
Overall a 10/10 experience for Family dining. "

" Poor quality food and service. Had CNY lunch, soup was starchy and cold, had to wait at least 25mins for the steamed fish to arrive. When it did, it was undercooked. They replaced it with another fish, told us was a better fish, but fish was dry, pasty, and tasted almost like salted fish. Portions were small too. Feedback was given about cold food and delay, never once was there an apology. Almost wanted to walk out of restaurant but cos it was CNY and was with elderly parents, didn’t want to make a fuss.

" Very poor service attitude from manager at Dragon Phoenix Classic at Novotel.
12 February 20181. Made reservation for almost a month ahead, requesting for private room. The day before the date, called n said have a minimum spent per table, which was not highlighted when making reservation.
2. Decided not to take private room but maintain request for table of 12. However, given table was small, meant for 10. Requested for bigger table, manager insisted it is a table for 12 when they have only set it up for 10 pax themselves. Bigger tables r available but manager insisted others have reserved when i have made reservation a month ahead. They just added 2 more chairs to our table and insisted us to squeeze.
Attitude sucks. Manager is totally unapologetic. Waiters and waitresses have better attitude than him. Will not step back to a restaurant with such attitude. "

" The food is fantastic and the service is good. One of the old school kind of setup by the 4 famous and well known chef. The restaurant manager are helpful and accomodating. The tied up of hotel together with novotel clarke quay is fabulous and great. Ambience and pricing is reasonable. 👍👍👍 "
