The bedsheet is old, backup blanket given is onlt the fiber without cover. Then charges us RM 130 for 1 inch size blood stain. If I know u would charged that much, I can clean it for u, but I cant go back since I m in semenanjung and u in sarawak.
Hello... u can get rid those stain only by apply clorox spray lorr. I had stayed in more than 100 places from no star to five star places, this is first time had bad experienced stays. The management charged my brother (who booked this stay) with reason to buy new bedsheet cover and also charged for cleaning????? You are lucky since my brother paid with no words becoz dont wanna bring this too far even I will pay to him back. But I will give my frustrated comment here. He got no words becoz this is for his marriage event, so he is tired to say a word.
Fyi, woman had our period every month okay, and the stain will clean only by wash. No need new bed cover. Even your bedsheet given to us is the oldest I ever had in all stay. Sofa also old, drainage at the back stuck, need to be pump for all of our days staying here.
Fyi, I never make any reviews for my stay before. But this is too much. So I decided to make this review.

You should only charged us for the cleaning services and show us the receipt if u really transparent. Not making money from a "stain". I repeat, it only need a clorox or vanish spray to clean it !!!! "
