" Rude Front Desk. Some Operator are "pretty nice", while some are just pure A*HOLES. Usually 12 hours and your order are done but sometimes you just have to wait, and it's useless to call them. They won't answer or call back. I pay via bank transfer and they didn't even confirm it with me. I have to call them a whole night and still no respond. You took people's money at least be F*ING responsible about it!!! "

If you're busy, they have online printing service, you have to email them, transfer the payments, and the printouts they will delivery to your house / office, it costs 15k rupiah. "
