" This place is actually Global inn. Book this deluxe room(double bed) thru agoda, RedDoorz near Juanda Airport T2. Based on their descriptions, wifi in all rooms, cable and satellite channels etc. At the check in counter, I asked for wifi password and was told that the room no wifi. I told the staff that it was stated that " wifi in all room". After checking I was given a room which is nearest to the reception for wifi. When I went into the room, it's nothing like what I saw in the photo on agoda website. The room did not have window, two single beds and just TV. No cable / satellite tv channels. I checked the receipt and realised they gave me a standard room instead of deluxe room. As I'm very tired after a very early flight and I'm staying 1 night only I decided to "forget it" but I didn't expect anything worse to come. There's a blackout early morning for more the 2 hours. As there's no window in the room, I was in complete darkness even though the sun have risen. After I checked out, I realised I left my phone charger in the room so I went back to check with the hotel 4 hours later. I was told they did npt find any charger in the room. Ok, it's was my forgetfulness but I still think this should not be the way. I was short changed given downgraded room. "
