" We bought a $1500USD Daewoo fridge from Kartika in April 2017. The icemaker stopped working after 10 days, so we asked for help. Kartika gave us the service number of Daewoo and since then, we have been desperately trying to get them to repair it. Then, 4 weeks ago, the compressor broke too and the fridge stopped working all together. We have phoned, emailed, what'sapped so many times that we finally gave up and bought a new fridge from Carrefour with a hand written guarantee from the manager there that if this new fridge has problems, they must be resolved within 2 weeks or we get a replacement. Do NOT buy from Kartika unless you can afford to give up on the guarantee they will NOT fulfil. "

" Saya membeli ac 2pk di kartika electronik dengan menambah selang ac dengan harga 125,000 per meter tetapi setelah beberapa pemasangan saya cek kembali harga selang ac 2 pk ternyata harganya 75,000permeter kecuali harga selang ac ac daikin,saya sudah berlangganan hampir 6 tahun dan sangat kecewa dengan harga yang berbeda,alasan sales yg menangani saya karena ukuran ac yang berbeda "
