" The driver smokes so if you hate cigarette smoke or even have asthma this is not the right tour service provider for you. I was told the tour package would include Ijen and Twin Waterfall but I only got to see Ijen Crater. It was partly my fault because I took long to reach the top (stopped plenty of times along the way and I even suggested that I just gave up because I was so tired but the guide kept encouraging me to go on) and the rest of the group had to wait for me. What I take issue with is that the driver did not consult with any of the tour participants about not going to Twin Waterfall. It was my first time joining an open trip and Ijen was amazing but Java Sunrise Tour has a lot to improve. If you have a flight the same day make sure to tell the tour service provider (any tour service provider) about it and make sure they can get you back in time for you to pack up. "
