" What I love most is the place is in the heart of Surabaya, free water with the dispenser in each floor no need to buy anymore, and the hot water is at the right level wont shock you. The room is small but if you are busy outside, shopping or doing bussiness all day then that must be not a matter. I surely will stay again "

" Nice compact hotel but no windows, queen bed size, size were only for the furnitures which bed and small desk as well hanging cupboard. 2 small cases on the bed sides for queen, and one for twin in the middle if I was not mistaken. You can't do much in the room. Its less spacious. You can do your prayer in the room though its just the size of one to do at a time. Overall facilities were okay. Toothbrush, soap, showercap, cuttonbuds, all in one build in shampoo and soap in a bathroom small container. Hot shower and ac work well. TV has varies channel. Cozy bed to sleep and rest. Breakfast with rice, fried rice / noodle, vegetables, and chicken always consists of 4 main dishes. 1 kind of soup (chicken, asparagus, soto water), fruits papaya and watermelon, pudding, sirup water and cucumber infused water, coffee and tea, bread and toaster available. No omelette and can't request! Staff were friendly. No late check up,.maximum 1pm. 50rb will be charged for extra 1 hour. "

30 June 2016Stain on bed sheet, stain and footprint on wall, stinky bathroom with drainage smell, and people smoke at lift lobby. My room was beside the lift lobby, and I could smell the smoke coming in, with loud chatter just outside my room. The only plus point is its location which is in front of Tunjungan plaza, but I'd rather pay 5-7 bucks more for better hotels nearby. Will not come back again. "
