" The cashier has no attitude. I literally just bought suitcases, when we were asking questions, the cashier gave me freakin attitude. I mean, the store is nice and all, but the experience i had with the cashier there is just.. terrible. "

" Just like the tagline says, it is a helpful place. Not as big as other ACE stores in Surabaya but it has good DIY and home improvement products that most people are looking for. Parking space is limited, avoid come in busy hours (usually in the weekend). Btw, there is Informa in the second and third floor. "

" Like usual ACE Hardware store, the attendants are very helpful and friendly to assist us when shopping.
02 March 2019But.. NOT with the service centre.
In the beginning of the February I came to ACE Hardware to repair my air-cooler, they claimed that it would be take 1 week to check the unit and they would contact me again.
They gave their contact number too, but it was slow respond.
1 week later there was no follow up from them.
I’ve asked, but they say it’s not finished yet.
I asked for the second time, they said that the spare part were not ready, so they couldn’t fix it immediately. So i must waiting without definite clarity how long it takes.
and now.. 2nd of March... It’s almost 1 month I’m waiting, So I decided to cancel it. "

" Good collection of working tool and material, even paint is available. Has some useful stuffs for home too. Good quality and not so expensive either. Like usual ACE, store is quite big and clean, but merchandise placement is rather bad. Good and helpful attendant. "
