" Tekodeko koffiehuis is a decent coffeeshop that serves both local and international coffee. They also serve nice fruit juices and have some fingerfood items on the menu. The location is decorated with nice artwork and is well maintained. There is the option to sit outside on the second floor. When I visited the road outside was being renovated which made the view less appealing. I expect the ambiance of this place to greatly improve once the roadworks are done. "

" A nice place to hang around with friends, and there also seems to be a clothing shop next door (not sure about that yet, need to confirm with the waiters). The people working here are quick on their hands and feet. The atmosphere is relaxing, especially on the second floor, as there's antique flooring that had been kept around for years. It feels fragile, and whenever someone walks around, the whole floor vibrates. But it gives a sense of its own uniqueness, so that's a plus. The food is recommended, especially with the price they're asking for. "

" Located at an old building at the old town of Semarang, the cafe serves pretty good coffee. My gayo pour over coffee is as expected. Tried their signature coffee too, iced gendis and kopi londo and they are all good and quite refreshing on a hot day. Didn't try the food. If available, go to the second floor and have a cup of joe at the balcony. And oh, wifi is fast and free. "
