27 December 2016I was here with a friend and one of the two microphones didn't work. Also, the karaoke machine lagged in the end, costing us about five minutes. When I voiced this problem to the receptionist, she looked unsure as she apologized, as if they didn't tell her what to do/say in this kind of situation. Very disappointing and not worth the bucks. "
