31 May 2018Shelter is located upstairs and is accessed from the stairs on the left hand side. When I visited, the cafe was very busy and we had a 20 minute wait for a table. The wait was worth it, as the food and drinks were very good. Free WIFI is also useful as you watch the world go by. While it’s not super cheap, it’s a great option for lovely local or western food. "
