" Pertama kali nyoba boking hotel pake Reddoorz ekspektasi saya paling sama lah seperti yang lainnya.. Ternyata ada sesuatu yg beda dari Reddoorz fasilitas kamar yang sangat lengkap dengan harga yang sangat murah mulai dari AC, waterheater, tv, telepon, peralatan mandi, ganti sprei dan pelayanan yang sangat ramah.. Pertama sih nyoba 2 malam tapi ternyata dapat nginap gratis semalam lagi dari Reddoorz.. Untuk reddoorz near Riau street ini lokasinya cukup strategis tapi karena ini terletak di komplek perumahan alhasil kalo mau beli makanan kita harus jalan kaki tapi ga jauh jauh amat kok untuk RM terdekat sendiri ada RM. Karmila yang rasanya mantap banget 😍

" This is a creepy hotel with some of the most depressing rooms I've stayed in.
14 March 2018The bathroom smells pretty bad, depending on the room you end up with. One that I stayed smelled worse than a toilet at the bus terminal. There's just a single light bulb in the middle of the (very low) ceiling with no covering, making it quite dark and headache inducing.
There's no real window. Low quality mattress and bedding. The shower goes from lukewarm to boiling hot, not in between.
Perhaps the worst part is the other people who stay in the hotel, which seem to be mostly village people. You will hear their kids screaming and running around, even playing ball and knocking over trash cans. You'll hear it all clearly due to the poor sound isolation. Even the adults can't behave well. There were two guys playing chess for hours every day, one of them screaming like a goat after each move and yelling "gilaaaa euuy!"
The hotel seems to post fake reviews for itself on the official reddoorz website. I communicated this with Reddoorz customer service and they were nice enough to unnecessarily relay it to the hotel manager, making for a pretty awkward check out experience. Later, it turns out that not only does Reddoorz do nothing about fake reviews, they support the hotel in doing this. Also, Reddoorz will not allow you to post a one star review through their review system.
I don't recommend staying here. "

" The room was dark and kinda isolating. There is no window and no direct sunlight. The bathroom was stinky.
03 March 2018Usually when I stay at a hotel, they will have a housekeeping staff offering if I want my room to be made up. But there is no such thing in this place. They never clean our room.
Also, the room smelled like smoke. The bed was uncomfortable and was not clean enough that I got my skin itchy when I was sleeping on it.
Not recommended. "
