" I spent two nights at this hotel and they deserves five stars for these reasons:
06 December 20201. Staffs are incredibly friendly
2. Rooms are clean and neat
3. Location is strategically near the city
4. Breakfast buffet and dinner are excellent (though dinner is for additional charge)
5. Pool is with lukewarm water and they also have a small hot spring pool
6. Wi-Fi works fine
7. Fresh air and beautiful landscapes nearby perfectly fit for short getaway
8. They implement the health protocol quite well in this pandemic.
Definitely will rebook for another vacation here. "

" The hotel is very nice and new. I love the pools and also the very good hot spring. It was very relaxing. Rooms were comfortable even though small. Location was also very good, in the newer area of Cipanas Garut. Recommended. "

" We were 5 people stays in a family vip room with 2 bed rooms and 1 living room. It was holiday and we unable to get another less expensive room. But I dont regret it at all. The room has 2 entrace doors. We have huge window a.k.a glass wall with glass door that directly bring us to the front of the main pool. The hotel has at least 3 pools, and 2 hot spring water jacuzzi (kind of). It also has a view spot to see the beautiful view of the pools and hotel. The vip rooms also facilitate us with free "bbq party" dinner and breakfast and it taste really good. Overall recommended! "

" New Hotel in Cipanas Garut, recommended for relaxing with your family. Nice room, good service and great hospitality. Breakfast taste are good but not too many variant, Maybe it's because New Hotel, No cereal or bread for breakfast. They have warm water swimming pool, cold water and hot water. But when I coming here, the hot water pool not really hot. Next time will come to this hotel again. "
