" Pros: Quite polite staff. The bed is clean enough. Situated approximately close to shopping centers. They also provide free refill of drinking water at the end of each alley. Cons: The housekeeping did not ensure that faucets in the room work well prior to our stay. We could not use the sink at all. For the price set guests would expect courtesy of toothbrush and paste. Drinking cup should have bigger coaster instead of ones allowing your cups' mouth to touch the table. Some dining wares are not in good shape (broken edges) and even have stains on it. They even try using English but with critical errors as shown in the attached promotional picture. A lot of homework for this locally owned chain hotel 😁 "

" Sorry forgot to take a pic of the meeting room. But I was at a small class of workshop at meeting room 1 at 1st floor. Fit only to around 40 people. Very small room.

" Very friendly and polite front officer, but the other girl face look like a butcher with her flat looking expression. Room are good and clean but aircon took a little long to cool the room. No fridge(this is budget hotel), bathroom are small, no toothbrush and toothpaste. No trash bin in the bathroom. Food are hard to find around the hotel,especially at night, you need to get into the mall to find a decent one. So you need to prepare for the night. The tv are rather small,channel are very limited. "
