" I am sharing a very pleasant encounter I had with the store mgr ,Mr.Kelvin Lim.
28 February 2018Last week, late one night I called the Customer service Hot line to display my displeasure of a men satchel bag which I had purchased some 2 years back.
To my surprise, less than 05 minutes after the feedback, I got a call from Kelvin.
Even though, he clearly stated the possibility of replacing my item is next to nought. He will present my item to the merchants about my concerns.
Today, I received a call from him to confirm the not so favourable news but I somehow do feel comforted for the genuine care and the trouble he had taken.
I am highly impress with his Customer handling skills and I hope the Company will commend him for such an Excellent service rendered! Thank you.
