PT Selo Kencana Energy's (SKE) Lubuk Gadang Mini Hydro Power Plant (MHPP), with installed capacity by 2 x 4 MW, was built in 2012 and has been operating since 22 April 2014, with an average Capacity Factor around 70%.Established in February 15th, 2015, PT Tirta Griya Energi (TGE) was created to become a holding company for various investments, especially in renewable energy. Then, TGE holds 100% of SKE.In the mid of 2016, TGE sold 49% stakes of SKE to Berkeley Energy Renewables Funds II (BERN II), a fund managing company from United Kingdom, with the investors from FMO, IFC, EIB and others.This corporate action was taken to secure SKE, as well as BERN II mission to strengthen its capability to built significant renewable energy projects in forthcoming future.
