The Polar Institute of Indonesia is a non-profit organization, independent and pioneer in the Arctic and Antarctic studies situated in Jakarta, established in January 2021. We are the first polar research institution in Indonesia. Our goals are to encourage research development, promoting polar studies, and enhancing the number of publications in the Arctic and Antarctic studies.
