" Bugis branch. Lady taking the call on 2018 May 26, 12:15pm is extremely impatient and rude. I hope the owner can do something before losing too many customers. Thank you "

" Free flow snacks and a nice environment to chill with friends. There's a weird problem with the microphone feedback in the rooms though "

" Good song selection and clean environment. Free flow snacks and drinks too. Just too expensive and the sofa in the room allocated to us was very tattered that they had to cover it with a blanket. "

" Was asked to download the app into my mobile to use the KTV. Apparently, the app didn't work on my mobile and staff had to bring in an ipad to do it Wasted 15 minutes configuring it. This was not taken into account and our singing session was cut short by 15 mins Spoke to the staff but they mention there is another booking after, and refused to extend the time. Those who is going to this branch please take note and ensure that they extend before you start the session "

" Limited songs compared to Cineleisure Manekineko, probably due to the app as the Cineleisure brunch is still using the touch screen system.
29 November 2017Please bring back the old system instead asking the customer to download the useless app. Unsatisfactory. "

" Fun activity with friends. App to control the karaoke is not practical at all and equipment is old (microphones stopped working) "

" Opens till late for those who are looking for a place to sing k, but this particular outlet requires an app to choose songs instead of the normal tv, and the app sucks cos you can only scroll down to a certain point. Anything after that, you'll have to search by either singer or song name directly. Basically, you cant browse their selection, you have to already know what you're looking for, which in my opinion diminished the experience abit. "

" Pricey. But I live the fountain machine close to the entrance. Rooms are clean. They have an app for song selection. And love the cute designs on the way to the toilet (look out for the mouse hole on the floor) "

" Counter guy insisted on teaching me how to download the app when I already told him I'd like to do it myself, passed my phone to him, he cleared all my existing apps that were running without asking even! What if I had important stuff?!? Horrible service! "

" We chanced upon this venue while exploring Bugis+. It had many rooms for couples to large groups, and offered a variety of weekday and weekend packages. Service staff were very friendly and helpful.
11 May 2017We decided on a two hour deal with free flow of non-alcoholic beverages included. The room was cozy and clean. The system was entirely online and songs were easy to access and manage via a smart phone or tablet.
We enjoyed the large mix of songs and look forward to our next visit when passing through Singapore. "

" Been to Manekineko here and at Toa Payoh Safra. Horrible sound system. Sound key would change on its own in the room we got at Toa Payoh. The only thing good about Manekineko is there is generous free flow of drinks with wide varieties of choices. But we will never visit Manekineko again. There are better choices out there. Disappointing. "

" Their system ONLY uses your mobile for control & song selection. Thus, you are FORCED to download the app, otherwise there's no way to use the system at all. No remote. No touch screen. And ONLY ONE mobile is allowed for use per room. So whomever's mobile is used for your k session, that person can't use his phone as it will be passed around for everybody to choose their song and that phone battery will be drained fast. They have a phone charging point but you must bring your own 3 pin plug charger & cable.
04 January 2017The counter service was awful. His tone of voice was very rude. he was aware it was our first time there so he should properly explain to us what to do. He simply collected $ from us, told us to download the app, didn't explain what the app was for much less how to use it to control the system, gave us some cups, didn't explain where the refreshment corner was, didn't give us bowl/s for the snacks & when we were looking around at the snack corner, he shouted at us for opening the cupboards. he held up a bowl at the counter & shouted "This one! This one here!". Well he should've given us the bowl in the first place right? And he didn't have to shout.
The counter guy told us our room was no. 7, we went there, room 7 was already occupied. We walked back to the reception to tell him, the counter guy said "Room change to no. 16". Why the hell didn't he tell us in the first place? Are we supposed to read minds now?? Made us walk back & forth, eat up our session time. "

" Horrible. First, the card system was down. thats ok i paid by cash. Then the search thing didnt go after 'C', so no 'D' or others. I call the guy and took 20 mins to fix it then he siad he fixd it. after a second it didnt work again. i asked help again then the guy said the system is problem so i ask him if other room is ok. he said other room is ok. so i ask him to change room then he change his word. other room is same but they never complain caz they dont search by Singer or Song they search one by one. I think that's weird anyhow no choice. then one mice was out of battery then some people come into our room. i guess the system was so screw up so they didnt stop ours then just send people in our room. after second they turn off our system. Horrible system never going back. "

" The other day I went to K Suites expecting to have a good time and enjoy the higher quality service and equipment that it's exorbitant price suggests. However, upon reaching the venue, I was greeted rather impolitely by the receptionist for a small case of punctuality. In terms of making a first impression, this already had completely put me off. We are the paying customer here and should not be treated this way. Next we had to show ourselves to our room, and once we entered, we had to set everything up ourselves without any aid present. Furthermore, there was no menu present to order our food and beverages, and in order for us to expect any service, we had to physically walk outside to find the waiter to come in and take our order. The room came with a wall phone, but apparently it was not for service purposes. In the middle of our singing session, the phone suddenly fell off the wall and thankfully no one was sitting below it or they could have gotten hurt. Last but not least was the issue of hygiene. Besides the fact that the room did not appear to be cleaned properly, there was no provision of disposable microphone covers which is in my opinion the least you can expect from any karaoke place.
04 February 2014All in all, I find the place overpriced and shockingly disappointing. It is safe to say that I will not be returning. "

" I had booked it for a festive season as part of a family activity during chinese new year. Due to the festive season, my family and I were late as there was a jam and limited parking lots. Upon reaching, I was notified that my booking was cancelled after 10 mins. Upon hearing that, my family suggested to the receptionist that they should have notified us of the 10 mins grace period so we could call up to book another room or notify them that we were reaching. However, we were met with a rude response from the receptionist telling us that 'it is courtesy for our customers to be on time' and she continued reiterating that for the next few minutes. I was greatly disappointed by the service as I was expecting this place to be a step up from other karaoke places especially for the steeper prices that we were charged due to the festive season. "

" Conveniently located near the cinema. They have a buffet section, food is ok. Service is good and comes with standard drinks. Overall clean and nice familiar place to hang out with friends. "

" Many would have noted its extremely steep price, a little over $30 each, for 4 people for 3 hours on a weekday afternoon (3 hours). However, I would like to highlight it is not easy to find songs. As their search relies on a touchscreen surface, the room I was in was unable to detect quite a lot of letters. Hence many songs are 'unavailable'. In addition, although the Handwriting option would have sped up the process of searching, their rejection of alphabets and characters render this feature almost useless. The song or artist is there, however, they just reject it after the device recognised the word. You have to painstakingly find the song, if you can do so that is. All this: not going back. "
