The Dessert Empire was incorporated in Dec 2005. With the incorporation of the company, came the acquisition of Gelato Di Crema; a one-man production and retailing of Japanese gelato in a small outlet at Liang Court Shopping Centre since the 80's.
We have since expanded to own a manufacturing plant in Singapore and additional two plants in the region - Malaysia and Indonesia.
The Dessert Empire started off with the adoption of the traditional Japanese-styled gelato making in our manufacturing process. As we grow, our passion for gelato making and desire to satisfy clients' varied needs constantly fuels the commitment to improve and develop our recipe and production processes.
We have developed the Premium, Regular and Basic base, ensuring that our clients' requirements are met, through the usage of the most appropriate gelato base to create the most suitable gelato for individual businesses.
Through these intensive development, a wide variety of over 90 delicious and innovative gelato, sorbet and yogurt are created.
