" The cinema is in a great location and the cinema is decently big. The area is clean and cool which is great in escaping the Balinese weather. The seats in the cinema is nice and comfortable and the staff there are decently nice. However, the movie selection can be little and the cinema is small which sometimes could mean no or bad seats. "

" My wife, three kids and I come here quite often to see movies. The seats are excellent, extremely comfortable, clean, and great sound system throughout. The management needs to understand that by failing to open the ticket counter earlier, they are spoiling the first part of the customer experience. Yesterday morning I was shocked to find that there were already about 50 people in two lines waiting to buy tickets for the matinee, despite arriving 50 minutes before the first screening. The number of people waiting grew to about 200 before they opened the ticket counter. At one point they added a third line to the ticket counter. When they did that, I realized that there was a very high likelihood that our party of 7 might not be able to get into the noon screening, for which we had arrived very early. People who had been behind us, were suddenly in front of us in the new third line. THIS IS SYMPTOMATIC OF VERY BAD MANAGEMENT, prioritizing the theater saving a paltry labor sum over the comfort of the clientelle. Had the ticket counter been opened at 11:15, everything would have been so much more enjoyable for everybody.
27 April 2017When the ticket counter finally did open at 11:30, quite annoyed, still waiting, and anticipating the worst, I bailed after investing almost half an hour standing in line. I decided to bite the bullet, and we watched in the Premiere theater instead, which aside from being even colder than made any sense, was very nice, as usual.
Hopefully the management will get the message, and change their policy accordingly, to ensure an enhanced customer experience, at their lovely theater. That could be by opening the ticket counter in a more timely manner, by opening at least a single lane, 45 minutes before the first screening, or opening all ticket counter lanes, so that those who have waited the longest don't suffer for their decision to arrive sufficiently early to ensure ticket availability, and prefered seat selection. "

" This place has THREE food courts in addition to yummy restaurants like Pizza Express and Pappa Jack. The ground floor (basement?) food court close to a host of other restaurants consists of mostly Japanese food (with the exception of a quaint Mexican food counter). There's also a cafeteria-style food court on the other end of the mall, in front of the Aeon supermarket featuring Indonesian and Japanese street food and snacks (who wants cheap sushi?). The upstairs food court has a variety of Indonesian food counters in the middle while more typical restaurants like Kenny Rogers, Tamani Cafe, and Steak 21 hug the walls. Finally, tucked away in a little corner by Ace Hardware, they have a Ramen Village! I think the only thing they might not have is burgers... "
