" Kota Kasablanca outlet. Lukewarm service, food can be good at times. But very inconsistent with the pizza size. Sometimes its smaller, sometimes its standard size, be aware of it. The manager was responsive, so we were satisfied. Cozy place. Clean environment. Bright. Just the Staffs need to be more enthusiastic. Otherwise, it's a very gd Italian place. "

" Today I went to Pizza Marzano in Kota Kasablanka. There was big screen at the entrance says: 20% discount for BCA card holders.
16 March 2018After finished my meal I gave them my debit card, and when they are asking for the pin I realized there is no discount!
When I asked the reason; waiter said discount only above 300rb, I said my bill is 320rb, then he said it must be before tax 300rb, then I asked "then why it's not written at the entrance", he said it's written(!)
I did the payment, went out and checked the signboard nothing!! I did trusted that liar waiter, if I had checked the signboard there was no way I did that payment, they could call the police I don't care.
I told him to call his manager, manager arrived. He said t&c applies, (then you must write at the bottom t&c applies dude!) I told him to show me the t&c but he can't "find" the so called t&c and legally if you didn't write any t&c you can't apply anything!
My discount supposed to be 65rb which won't make me poor or rich, an amount that I don't care, but being cheated I do care. And I don't know how many people they trick daily. Pizza Marzano such a scam! shame on you! #BCA shouldn't allow them to use their on this scam!
