Silabus Geti berorientasi pada pembentukan kompetensi seseorang di bidang perdagangan baik untuk pasar lokal maupun pasar ekspor. Proses belajar menggunakan pendekatan inkubator, siswa dipacu untuk mengerjakan langsung secara nyata semua kegiatan, mulai dari riset pasar, menentukan strategi harga hingga membuka toko bahkan sampai melakukan kegiatan pemasaran.Komposisi silabus adalah 20% konsep yang dipaparkan dan selebihnya 80% adalah inkubasi.
