" The staff was great when we first walked in and promised to fix the computer. They said the motherboard was broken and the repair would cost 1.5 to 2 Mil. The estimate time to complete the work was 3 days to 1 week. After two days the computer was magically fixed and I asked what was fixed. They said there was a small issue with the motherboard but only a part was changed. The work they promised to do wasn't completed and they still charged us the same amount. There was no proof that anything was actually done when I asked.

If your apple product breaks go to an authorized warranty facility. Do not just go to the one in Ubud because it is close. Take the time and take care of your computer with a trustworthy business. "

" DO NOT TRUST THESE GUYS! I paid almost triple to get my laptop fixed and it worked for three weeks then broke. When I told them it was the same problem they were snide and refused to give me a refund. Honestly, it's not worth the trouble. Wait until you can get to a reputable store as these guys are absolute jokes! I would give 0 stars if I could! Terrible service. "
