" Bought a Volcom lycra (495k!) three weeks ago and went back to the shop to complain because of it's poor quality. It literally started dissolving at the seams on the arms and the belly part a week after the purchase. Would have loved my money back or at least any other kind of compansation offered. The only answer from the shop staff was that they are very sorry but can't do anything for me cause their shop regulations say that you are only allowed to bring back stuff up to three days after purchase and there won't be any money refunds either. They even print it at their receipt :D. After asking if other customers were complaining about this particular item they were like "yeah, Volcom never wants to refund them (the shop) if they send something back". Which means yes. Apparently they tried many times without luck which means the shop simply doesn't give a s*it if they are selling items with bad quality. Customers won't be able to get back their money anyway and they don't care cause there's probably still enough customers out there. Bottom line is I will avoid this and any other Blood+Bone shop in Indo and also warn any person I know or will meet in the future to buy stuff here. Would have given zero stars but unfortunately not possible. Blodd+Bone Team, you really need to work on your service attitude and item selection quality! "
