" Okay, let's start with the good things - The scenery and setting is stunning. The entire accomodation is surrounded by panoramic views of rice terraces. - The staff are very welcoming and friendly. There are however, some fundamental issues that made this stay disappointing. - We lost water to our room twice. This meant that there was no sink, no shower and you couldn't flush the toilet. This usually took a couple of hours to resolve. - The food is expensive for what it is and underwhelming. The menu is somewhat limited and things aren't exactly what you expect (E.g I ordered a dish expecting a plate full of vegetables and some peanut sauce but it came out full of carbohydrates and a small pile of beansprouts). They also slap on 21% service and tax onto everything. - Our stay was advertised and peaceful and tranquil, however on arrival we found that they were performing construction work involving loud banging and sawing. - The staff do not give you a kettle or the ability to refill water bottles unless you ask them. They do not tell you about this service but will happily put on the menu and charge you for a bottle of mineral water and tea/coffee. As you are in the middle of nowhere, everything seems to be inflated and over-priced as they know people will pay it. The entire place seems like a bit of a money grab. "
