Our passion for good coffee is so intense it is scary!

Barista training is what we specialise in. We offer training to what we call an "International Standard".
What does that mean?

That is where you watch a barista make 400 different and perfect coffees before lunchtime and you say "Not a Problem"

We don't charge the moon for training and we don't hold your hand and pat you on the back if you do a half good job!

We train you so you are the best every time and a pace that will get you recognised as the best in the business. You will be confident, committed and passionate about coffee.

We are not a machine churning out coffee makers at 5 juta a pop and that can only push a button and make brown stuff come out.
We master your skills and attitude and turn you into a highly skilled barista that can tell exactly what is wrong with a coffee by looking at it, smelling it, or sipping it.

That is what we call International Standard.

We love coffee and we love good wholesome rustic food. Rustic = Comfort food. No plastic wrapping, no margarine, no artificial cream or toppings, no fancy pretty pictures that look nice and taste like plastic.
If you seriously cant eat a piece of cake without getting a heart attack then you should be feeding from a tube in a lab!

We have been trained in the coffee capital of the world, Wellington New Zealand! Where 400 coffees a day, is just average!
