" Excellent hotel - secluded with beautiful views and great swimming pools. There is a shuttle which takes you to Ubud centre which is convenient. Staff were extremely polite and helpful and made the experience truly 5 star. "

" I came to this hotel for business trip with my company on 2-4th May 2018. The hotel was very nice, the view is really good, and the breakfast was very delicious. However, I must complained about the security.
04 May 2018I got room no 121, it was near the hall. At 1.30 am suddenly a guy who claimed he was hotel maintenance team, came into my room and knocked. Me and my friend did not open the door because we are already asleep. Then the maintenance guy opened our room with his own card and told us he need to fix the fire alarm. I woke up with that guy stood on the bed and changed the fire alarm. After that, he exited our room, and my friend locked the door with the metal slot.
And again at 2pm, he called our room and said he need to fix the alarm again right now and asked us to open the door. My friend than yelled at him at said we will check out by 6.30 am so he can just fixed the alarm after that.
When I asked the receptionist in the morning, he said that the hotel never had any maintenance on 2pm and rudely disturbed the customer. "

" Phenomenal!! Really nice location in Ubud, with stunning views of the villages and jungle. The 15 minute free shuttle to the town is a nice perk. The facility is immaculate and food is very good. Fast free WiFi, nice room patios... And the service ---- Exceptional!!!! Everyone there is so warm, friendly, and hospitable. I teared up leaving because their energy and spirit was so special. Great stay, highly recommend!! "

05 April 2018We stayed 2 nights early in our holiday then booked 2 more for near the end. Quiet rooms, nice bar and great pools.
The daily activities were possibly slightly lacking but hey they were free and still well worth doing.

" Just spent 3 nights at the hotel and the experience was amazing. The service was always great, however we were one of 3 (give or take one or two) couples staying at the resort.
22 March 2018We did the bicycle and rice field activities and they were pretty good. The rice fields did not look at all like in the pictures that we looked in Google but that could have been due to the season. The tour guides were very friendly, knowledgeable and paid attention to our questions.
The hotel is located very close to town and they have a free shuttle to take you back and forth with very reasonable timings and frequency. Recommended for vegetarians as the staff went above and beyond to make sure that our diet was respected and the food was delicious. "

" Really flash hotel in middle of the villages. The view is really amazing. This hotel is near a river. it has amazing view. Food is really nice. I enjoyed my Dinner and lunch here. people are really friendly and professional. Price is not really high here but the quality is really nice. "

" Came here with my girlfriend and some friends to visit the rooftop bar and we really enjoyed it. There is a great view from the Naga Bar even you could see the sunset if you are lucky. Only suggestion on variety of the food. Recommend this place to relax and chill out. "

" really liked this hotel. stayed here in 2017. the location is a little off but they provide 2 hourly shuttle to and fro coco supermarket which was near monkey forest. they also provide trekking, yoga classes daily. highly recommended if you have kids "

" It's my 2nd time staying at this hotel. My first experience was memorable hence I'm staying here again. The service was exceptional. They were very friendly and escorted me to the room and inform me regarding the facility of the hotel and event like morning cycling tour complement of the hotel. The hotel room were clean and their amenities were good. But considering this hotel is fairly new, it is to be expected. Overall I think this is one of my favorite hotel in ubud!! "

" Great view from our room. If you eat here at dinner time be sure to ask for the Indonesian menu. They gave us an American/European one the first time that didn't have any local food options. Higher priced food than most of Bali, but not bad for resort prices(both menus were in English)

We did the morning walk through the rice fields and also morning yoga. Both great. 2 solid pools and an amazing patio overlooking the river for cocktails "

" Good hotel by Ubud. It is not small or boutique. Easily located. The entrance and parking is not connected, so you have to drop off your guest first and come out again and enter the site next door through another gate to park. The security should be train to greet the hotel name first instead of asking is the guest staying here.
01 September 2017Good lobby and good welcome with towels and drinks. Easy check-in. The room I would recommend to skip the basic deluxe as you'll be facing a wall, even with the balcony and outdoor seating. Also the deluxe room has strong moldy smell when we came in, 2 of my friends smell it too. When asked to reception instead of sending someone to check, they instead just say the smell is like that.
Overall is good. Just need to touch up couple points.
The pool and Riverview as well as the forest is good. Staff doesn't speak a lot English. "
