" Worst radiology ever! Walked in to check if there's a broken rib, but the xray picture was in a such poor quality that the doctors couldnt give any definite answer.
"I couldnt see the ribs because of lung vascularization, but it SEEMS to be okay. As long as you dont suffocate there is no problem."
Really? What kind of joke is this? I dont need to pay for consultation plus radiology to hear that kind of answer from an xray picture that couldn't be read.

" I've visited dr Epi, dr THT( i forgot his name), dr Edy surgeon and all went well. We did one time blood test and USG here recently and had a good experience from security, administration, nurses and radiology staff are very helpful. BIG thanks!

" afternoon I went to Surya Husada Hospital, said that the security guard said the car park was full and there was no valet parking, even though the reality before my eyes was a lot of empty car parks but the security guard told me to look for parking elsewhere. I was forced to turn around 3 times around looking for a car. And lastly I was emotional to say that the security guard on duty took my car 3 times around but could not park and finally was just parked in front of the ATM, so I know why not from the beginning of car park even though briefly ??? Park the car in so many places but security is not permitted, why would there be a lot of parking if not allowed especially if there is no valet parking? This is a lot of car parking services empty but not dedicated to what good facilities but silly car parking????next time i come by motorbike !! "

" Over all the service was just ok. Need more clean in room and add more light. Bathroom need to be make over since it poor bathroom for a hospital. And please lower your expectation. Average standard for just a sec (sebentar) was 1 Hour. ER room so crowded more like a flea market. Some employee was so kind and helpfull. But some treat customer like treat an inmate w crisp word (tips. When u wait for your medecine better use halodoc or just wait. In my case, i need to wait more then 1 h for mefinal pain killer...) will update the star if there is improvement in the future visit (perhaps never. Do not want sick right...) "

It was very convenient, I booked a consultation using the WhatsApp for the next day and everything went fine. My experience here was much better than in the UK. "

" Dokter anak baik, ramah dan pintar, perawat judes, gak ramah, cara bicara buruk, pengambilan obat luar biasa lamanya. Untuk yg mau periksa ke poli saya sarankn tlp dulu utk reservasi, tp tlponnya jarang diangkat, katanya gangguan. Bingung mau pindah rs tp dokternya bagus disini, tapi sgt gg suka dg perawat/ bidan ya super judes sama dg di rs surya denpasar, dokternya bagus , tp kok perawatna gg ramah 😪 "
