" Terrible customer service, they have been holding my funds for 3 weeks now and I have no way to access my money unless I go into the branch where I opened the account. Trouble is I am back in the USA for the summer. I have filled out forms requested by the bank and sent them express courier service from the USA, now they want me to jump through 20 more hoops. If you are an expat stay far far away from this bank. Seems like they make up their silly rules as they go along, totally unhelpful and do not seem to comprehend how to solve a simple issue. "
