" Bought a couple furniture from this sham of a place. Everything looked fine on first inspection at the store. When shipped back home, they were horrible quality. Jutting nails, poor quality of wood and workmanship, broken pieces .... you name it, they did it. Plus they charged exorbitant costs for transport back to the home country. Called for resolution, and denied all responsibility. Please stay away. I hope the authorities will shut them down with their shady business practice. "

" Very deceptive and shady business. Pity we cannot give ZERO stars. Purchased couple of furniture recommended by the owner Penny herself that the wood is the best quality and is rescued wood with premium pricing.
18 May 2016When we receive the furniture, stuff are broken and the wood is very low quality (definitely not solid wood, more like cheap plywood). And the workmanship is horrific, with random nails all over the surface of the furniture, ill fitting joints, badly chipped corners and unbalanced furniture that wobbles. Totally atrocious! Not what we had in mind when we think about solid wood beautiful Balinese furniture. (more like what you can get in Bargain basement of furniture reject shop)
Furthermore, we never got product for many many weeks and without any update. They also charge extremely high shipping rate with no service. We had to chase after and do the legwork ourselves. What a headache!
Definitely learnt our lesson. Buyers beware, if you do shop, bring along a local lawyer and a big HAMMER! "
