07 February 2017The worst shipping agent I have ever dealt with. They have absolutely NO KNOWLEDGE of freight & shippping. I have paid 800 usd for 5 CBM from Indonesia to Malaysia. They have been incapable of organizing the right schedule - they do not go direct but to Singapore, How convenient for their pocket $. They are incapable to organize the import permits. And the top of the cake, they never apologize or make it right. They are SHAMELESS. They are absolutely USELESS. "
